Instructions

  • 1.   Start this smoked salmon baked eggs recipe by preheating your oven to 200 °C (392 °F). Wash and chop the herbs. Grease 4 ramekins. In each ramekin, add 1 teaspoon of heavy cream, some pieces of stale bread, and 1 egg. Add a few slices of smoked salmon and herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 2.   Place your ramekins in a deep ovenproof dish, then pour a small amount of boiling water around them. Bake for about 8 to 10 minutes in a water bath until the egg white is set. The yolk should still be runny. Serve immediately with bread soldiers.
