Instructions

  • 1.   Start this roasted chicken ramen recipe by cooking the eggs for 10 minutes in a pot of boiling water.
  • 2.   Slice the celery and the white part of the lemongrass. Cut the leek into ribbons. Clean the mushrooms and slice them if necessary. Peel the eggs. Mix the chicken broth, chicken juice, fish sauce, and soy sauce. Bring to a simmer, then add the celery, lemongrass, whole eggs, and leek. Mix and let simmer for 5 minutes. Add the ramen noodles and mushrooms. Cook until the ramen noodles are al dente.
  • 3.   Before serving, sprinkle with coriander leaves, minced scallions, and celery leaves. Distribute the leftover roasted chicken and serve half an egg per person. Enjoy hot.

  • 2 tablespoon of fish sauce
