. Remove the skin from the salmon.

. In a container, add the salmon, mix the maple syrup with the soy sauce, (optional: sesame seeds). Set aside.

. Peel the cucumber or not, according to your taste, and cut it into half slices.

. In a pan, cook the salmon for 2 minutes on each side, basting with the marinade.

. In a container, mix the salad, cucumber, crumbled feta cheese, and salmon with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Serve, it's ready!
