Marinated Salmon Salad

Marinated salmon with soy sauce and maple syrup, a pure delight!

Instructions

  • 1.   Remove the skin from the salmon.
  • 2.   In a container, add the salmon, mix the maple syrup with the soy sauce, (optional: sesame seeds). Set aside.
  • 3.   Peel the cucumber or not, according to your taste, and cut it into half slices.
  • 4.   In a pan, cook the salmon for 2 minutes on each side, basting with the marinade.
  • 5.   In a container, mix the salad, cucumber, crumbled feta cheese, and salmon with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Serve, it's ready!

  • 150 g of cucumber
  • 50 g of feta
  • 1 teaspoon of maple syrup
  • 1 handful of lettuce
