1. Put the lamb and breadcrumbs in a bowl and mix well.
2. Add the onion, mint, coriander, spices, and egg, season with salt and pepper, and mix. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
3. Take the equivalent of a large walnut-sized amount of the mixture, shape it into an olive shape, and skewer it on a small wooden skewer. Repeat the process as necessary. Cook the keftas over a barbecue or on a hot grill. You can also fry them in a pan, browning them on all sides in a bath of olive oil. Serve the keftas hot with lemon wedges, tzatziki, and pita bread.
