Microwave Cantonese Rice

Instructions

  • 1.   Crack and beat the eggs in a large bowl.
  • 2.   Melt the knob of butter in a frying pan. Add the beaten eggs and scramble them (stirring regularly with a wooden spatula). Cut them into pieces. Set aside.
  • 3.   In a salad bowl, put the rice, water, peas, scrambled eggs, and salt. Mix well.
  • 4.   Put everything in the microwave for 15 minutes on low power.
  • 5.   Oil, mix well, add the diced ham, and mix again.
  • 6.   The microwave Cantonese rice is ready, serve it hot!
