Breaded Fish

A delicious dish to serve with fries, homemade mashed potatoes, or simply with a well-dressed salad. Kids love it, and let's admit it, parents do too!

Instructions

  • 1.   In a flat plate, pour the flour and in another one the breadcrumbs. In a shallow dish, beat the eggs to make an omelette.
  • 2.   Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper to your liking on both sides. Cut them into large pieces. Coat them with flour, then dip them in the beaten eggs, and finally coat them with breadcrumbs on both sides.
  • 3.   Melt some butter in a frying pan and fry your breaded fish until the breadcrumbs are golden brown. Serve immediately with, for example, fries and a salad! Consider offering a halved lemon, as lemon juice is excellent on fish.

  • 8 tablespoon of flour
  • 8 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
  • 30 g of butter
  • 1 lemon
