Chicken and nectarine skewers

Whether cooked in the oven or on the barbecue, these summer skewers are full of flavors!

Instructions

  • 1.   Crush the Sichuan berries.
  • 2.   Cut each chicken breast into 8 pieces. Mix the chicken with the oil, vinegar, and berries. Cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
  • 3.   Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) or prepare the barbecue.
  • 4.   Cut the nectarines into 8 wedges. On wooden skewers, alternate between chicken and nectarines.
  • 5.   Bake for about 20 minutes, or cook on the barbecue. Sprinkle with fleur de sel upon removing from the oven. Enjoy immediately.

  • 4 nectarines
  • 400 g of chicken breast
  • 40 g of olive oil
  • 30 g of balsamic vinegar
  • 2 g of flower of salt
  • 1 g of pepper
  • 10 ground Sichuan pepper
