Chicken and nectarine skewers
Whether cooked in the oven or on the barbecue, these summer skewers are full of flavors!

Instructions

. Crush the Sichuan berries.

. Cut each chicken breast into 8 pieces. Mix the chicken with the oil, vinegar, and berries. Cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour.

. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) or prepare the barbecue.

. Cut the nectarines into 8 wedges. On wooden skewers, alternate between chicken and nectarines.

. Bake for about 20 minutes, or cook on the barbecue. Sprinkle with fleur de sel upon removing from the oven. Enjoy immediately.
