Chicken Nuggets

Delicious homemade nuggets: the kids will be happy!

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the chicken breasts into large cubes, put them in a bowl and cover with milk. Close the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 8 hours.
  • 2.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • 3.   Drain the chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper.
  • 4.   Place the flour and breadcrumbs in two separate shallow dishes and beat the eggs in a third dish.
  • 5.   Roll each piece of chicken in the flour, then in the beaten egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs. Place the pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • 6.   Place in the top of the oven and bake the nuggets for about 10 minutes on each side until golden brown.

  • 225 g of breadcrumbs
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g of flour
  • 1 g of salt
  • 1 g of pepper
