Instructions
1. In a pot of salted boiling water, add half of the soy sauce, the bouquet garni, and the chicken breasts. Cook for 25 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, in another pot, pour the honey, the remaining soy sauce, and the balsamic vinegar. Mix well and heat over low heat for a few minutes. Rinse and finely chop the scallions.
3. Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F). Drain the chicken breasts and place them in an oven-safe dish. Pour the honey sauce over them, season with pepper, and bake for 25 minutes, flipping the breasts regularly.
4. Remove the chicken breasts from the oven, sprinkle them with scallions, and serve immediately.
