Creamy Garlic and Lemon Chicken

Instructions

  • 1.   In a large skillet, heat olive oil. Brown the chicken breasts for a few minutes over high heat. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • 2.   Peel and slice the shallots, then add them to the same skillet as the chicken. Sauté for 2 minutes. Add the minced garlic and paprika, mix well and cook without burning the garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 3.   Add the lemon juice and broth. Return the chicken to the skillet. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let cook for a few minutes covered.
  • 4.   Add the cream and parsley. Bring to a boil again and let cook for 5 minutes over low heat. Serve the dish hot.
