1. Mix all the ingredients and let it rest in the fridge for 20 minutes.
2. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
3. Make small balls of about 40 grams and shape them into a pear shape to obtain the hedgehog shape.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180°C (350°F) and let it cool before decorating.
5. Melt your chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave.
Prepare a bowl with chocolate vermicelli.
6. Using a small brush, cover the body of the hedgehog with chocolate and sprinkle chocolate vermicelli on top.
7. Create the eyes and nose using a cone filled with melted chocolate (I glued sugar pearls for the nose with chocolate) and stick the other decorations with chocolate.
8. Refrigerate to allow the chocolate to harden.
