BLONDIES

Blondies! These are light and delicious brownies.

Instructions

  • 1.   Heat the butter in a saucepan until it becomes liquid.
  • 2.   Let it cool slightly and pour into a bowl.
  • 3.   Add the sugar and briefly whisk together.
  • 4.   Mix the flour and salt and add them.
  • 5.   Once everything is mixed, roughly chop the Easter eggs, set some aside, and add the rest.
  • 6.   Line a 9x13 inch brownie pan with parchment paper and spread the batter evenly.
  • 7.   Sprinkle with sugar pearls and the reserved chocolate pieces.
  • 8.   Bake for 25-30 minutes in the middle of a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius, with top and bottom heat.
  • 9.   Test with a toothpick. The batter should still be slightly moist inside, but nothing should stick to the toothpick.
  • 10.   Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and cut into pieces in the still warm pan.
  • 11.   Store in the refrigerator for a few hours.
  • 12.   Blondies are best after 2-3 days.
