BLONDIES
Blondies! These are light and delicious brownies.

Instructions

. Heat the butter in a saucepan until it becomes liquid.

. Let it cool slightly and pour into a bowl.

. Add the sugar and briefly whisk together.

. Mix the flour and salt and add them.

. Once everything is mixed, roughly chop the Easter eggs, set some aside, and add the rest.

. Line a 9x13 inch brownie pan with parchment paper and spread the batter evenly.

. Sprinkle with sugar pearls and the reserved chocolate pieces.

. Bake for 25-30 minutes in the middle of a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius, with top and bottom heat.

. Test with a toothpick. The batter should still be slightly moist inside, but nothing should stick to the toothpick.

. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and cut into pieces in the still warm pan.

. Store in the refrigerator for a few hours.

. Blondies are best after 2-3 days.
