Fish and Spinach Crumble

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • 2.   In a bowl, mix together softened butter, flour, salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese with your fingers until crumbly.
  • 3.   Wash and trim the spinach.
  • 4.   Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper, then brown them for 3 minutes on each side with 2 tablespoons of oil.
  • 5.   In another pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and sauté the spinach for 8 minutes.
  • 6.   Grease the bottom of a baking dish and place the roughly shredded fish fillets in it. Cover with the spinach, then the crumble mixture.
  • 7.   Bake for 5 to 10 minutes, until the crumble is golden brown.

  • 3 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 100 large butter
  • 50 g of parmesan
  • 4 white fish
  • 1 pinch of fresh oregano
  • 150 g of flour
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
