Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the bell pepper into strips after removing the seeds and white part - finely chop the onion and mince the garlic. Depending on your tolerance for spicy taste, add minced sweet pepper.
  • 2.   Sauté for a few minutes with a little olive oil in a large pot - add the spices - mix and then add the tomato pulp, tomato paste, and broth - let simmer for 10 minutes.
  • 3.   Cut the chicken into cubes and brown in a skillet with olive oil for 5 minutes, then pour into the tomato mixture, add the drained and rinsed red beans, and continue cooking for 10/15 minutes, adding a little chopped cilantro at the end of cooking.
