Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the salmon in a pan.
    Unroll the puff pastry and cut the rounded edges to obtain a rectangle.
  • 2.   Brush it with sour cream, sprinkle with chives, garlic, and cumin, moisten with lemon juice, and place the crumbled salmon on top.
  • 3.   Roll the pastry into a log and put it in the freezer for about half an hour.
  • 4.   Once frozen, cut slices and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • 5.   Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes.

  • 200 g of boneless salmon
  • 3 tablespoon of sour cream
  • 1 pinch of chives (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of ground cumin (optional)
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
