Chili Con Carne

Instructions

  • 1.   Blanch the tomatoes, peel and remove the seeds, then crush them with a fork.
  • 2.   Cut the beef into cubes. Slice the carrots.
  • 3.   Sauté the beef for 5 minutes, then add the onions, ground meat, carrots, and tomatoes.
  • 4.   Pour 20 cl of water with the bouillon cube.
  • 5.   Season to taste with salt, pepper, and a few drops of Tabasco.

  • Serve with rice, tacos, or tortillas.
