Garlic Shrimp with Coconut Milk

Instructions

  • 1.   If necessary, peel and clean the shrimp, and drain them well.

    Put the shrimp in a bowl, add the pressed garlic, drizzle with lemon juice, mix well, and let marinate for about 1 hour.

    Peel and finely chop the onions.

    In a pan, melt the butter and add the onions. Let them cook without browning, then add the shrimp and cook for 2 minutes on each side. Add the small peppers, pour in the coconut milk, season with paprika and a little salt, stir in the parsley and coriander, mix well, and let thicken over low heat.

  • 1 tablespoon of butter

  • 1 pinch of Espelette pepper
  • 2 teaspoon of sweet paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh coriander
  • 250 ml of coconut milk
  • salt (according to taste)
