Comforting carrot puree (carrot, potato, sweet potato)

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the vegetables and cut them into pieces (not too small or too large, they should be very tender after an hour of cooking but not already mashed).
  • 2.   Don't forget the garlic and onion.
  • 3.   In a large pot, bring water to a boil and dissolve the bouillon cube.
  • 4.   Add the vegetables and let them cook on low heat for an hour.
  • 5.   Once the vegetables are cooked, drain all the cooking water, add 3 tablespoons of milk or cream, and blend until you obtain a smooth and uniform puree.
  • 6.   Add a generous knob of butter.
  • 7.   You can serve it now!
