Instructions

  • 1.   Preparation:
    Wash and separate the broccoli into florets and place them in the bottom of a 3L microwave-safe dish.
    Mix the breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, paprika, and Parmesan cheese.
    Coat the scallops by first dipping them in mayonnaise, then in the breadcrumb mixture. Place them on top of the broccoli. Cover the dish with a lid.

    Cooking:
    Microwave for 12 to 15 minutes on 750 watts power.

    Tip:
    Let it rest for 4 minutes before serving.

    Tips:
    Instead of using fresh broccoli, you can use frozen broccoli.
    If you don't have breadcrumbs, you can make your own by grinding 3 to 4 crackers.
