Chicken, Mushroom, and Bacon Pie

Instructions

  • 1.   Roll out the dough in a cake or pie pan, allowing it to overflow for the final fold.
  • 2.   Cut the chicken, bacon, and mushrooms and sauté them in butter for 5 minutes.
  • 3.   Add the chicken bouillon cube, curry, cream, salt, and pepper and mix well.
  • 4.   Pour into the pan.
  • 5.   Roll out the second dough and cover. Seal the edges well and brush the top with an egg yolk.
  • 6.   Don't forget to make a chimney.
  • 7.   Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  • 8.   PS: Depending on the bacon, do not add much or any salt.
  • 9.   This dish, accompanied by a salad, can be served as a main course for dinner.
