Beer-braised pork (in the Cookeo)

Instructions

  • 1.   In the Cookeo pot, add a drizzle of olive oil. Set to "Saute" mode and brown the meat on all sides.
  • 2.   Start by peeling and slicing the carrots. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Peel and mince the onion and garlic clove.
  • 3.   Add the onion and garlic and sauté for another 2 minutes.
  • 4.   Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Start the pressure cooking (or quick cooking) for 25 minutes.
  • 5.   When the timer goes off, open the Cookeo, taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary. (You can also add a few tablespoons of cornstarch and let the sauce thicken in "Keep Warm" mode for a few minutes.)

  • 1 garlic
  • 800 g of pork sauté
  • 1 pinch of olive oil
  • 25 cl of blonde beer
  • 30 cl of water
  • 1 small tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoon of veal stock
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger powder
