Ham Piemontaise Salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the potatoes in their skins for 25 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  • 2.   Boil the eggs for 10 minutes in a pot of salted boiling water.
  • 3.   Cut the ham and tomatoes into cubes, and the pickles into thin slices.
  • 4.   Peel the hard-boiled eggs, peel the potatoes, and cut everything into pieces.
  • 5.   In a salad bowl, mix the ham, tomatoes, eggs, potatoes, and pickles. Add mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
  • 6.   Refrigerate for 1 hour.
