Camembert Croque-monsieur

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the camembert into 8 slices. Rinse and dry the spinach sprouts. Spread butter on both sides of the bread slices. Fill 4 slices with spinach sprouts, 1 slice of ham, and 2 slices of camembert. Season with freshly ground pepper and close the croque-monsieur with the other 4 buttered bread slices.
  • 2.   In a pan, cook the croque-monsieur in oil over low heat for about 3 minutes, until the bread is golden brown. Then flip them over and cook for another 3 minutes. Serve immediately.
