Instructions
1. Cut the zucchini into cubes. Cook it with a little water for 5 minutes in the microwave at 850 w. Stir halfway through cooking. Drain the zucchini in a colander.
2. In a blender, put the zucchini, Parmesan cheese, yogurt, oil, almond powder, and basil. Blend.
