1. Wash and slice the zucchini (do not peel them, it adds color). Steam them preferably in the top basket of your pressure cooker for about 2 minutes once it starts hissing (there will be less water that way).
2. Cut the smoked salmon and garlic into small pieces.
3. Put them in a saucepan with the cream (half liquid, half thick). Cook over very low heat for about 15 minutes, it should not boil.
4. Season with pepper and salt (but be careful, the smoked salmon is already quite salty, so taste it!).
5. At the last moment, add some grated cheese and let it melt in the cream.
6. Cook the pasta, drain them.
7. Take a large dish: first pour the tagliatelle, then add the zucchini on top and finally the cream-salmon sauce (for the greedy ones, some extra grated cheese on top).
8. Now it's time to sit down at the table.
