Cecile and Lisa's Zucchini and Salmon Tagliatelle

Instructions

  • 1.   Wash and slice the zucchini (do not peel them, it adds color). Steam them preferably in the top basket of your pressure cooker for about 2 minutes once it starts hissing (there will be less water that way).
  • 2.   Cut the smoked salmon and garlic into small pieces.
  • 3.   Put them in a saucepan with the cream (half liquid, half thick). Cook over very low heat for about 15 minutes, it should not boil.
  • 4.   Season with pepper and salt (but be careful, the smoked salmon is already quite salty, so taste it!).
  • 5.   At the last moment, add some grated cheese and let it melt in the cream.
  • 6.   Cook the pasta, drain them.
  • 7.   Take a large dish: first pour the tagliatelle, then add the zucchini on top and finally the cream-salmon sauce (for the greedy ones, some extra grated cheese on top).
  • 8.   Now it's time to sit down at the table.

  • 20 cl of liquid fresh cream
  • 20 cl of thick sour cream
