Smoked salmon, avocado, toasted bread, and seeds

Instructions

  • 1.   Slice your avocado and your salmon or tofu.
  • 2.   Optional: Grill the tofu in a pan.
  • 3.   Toast 2 slices of bread in the same pan.
  • 4.   Drizzle some olive oil on your bread or spread some cream cheese.
  • 5.   Sprinkle your toast with pumpkin seeds and optionally with pepper.
