Instructions

  • 1.   Heat a large skillet.
    Cut the onions into small pieces and cook them over medium-high heat.
  • 2.   Stir in curry and cumin.
  • 3.   Cut the chicken breasts into pieces, add them to the skillet, and sprinkle with spices; stir.
  • 4.   Reduce the heat and add 2 tablespoons of cream.
  • 5.   After 5 minutes of cooking, add 2 more tablespoons of cream and spices (if needed).
  • 6.   If the dish is made in advance, add a little more cream when reheating as the sauce evaporates.
  • 7.   Enjoy your meal!
