Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the new potatoes in salted water for about 20-25 minutes.
  • 2.   Mash the tuna in the bottom of a salad bowl, incorporating finely chopped shallot, chives, lemon juice, and sour cream.
  • 3.   Mix everything well.
  • 4.   Cut the peeled potatoes into cubes and mix them with the tuna mixture.
