Chicken Fillets with Mustard and Cream

Instructions

  • 1.   In a sauté pan, melt the butter and oil, add the shallot, sauté and add the diced chicken fillets, let them cook for 5 minutes.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, mix the mustard and sour cream.
  • 3.   Once the chicken is golden, add the mixture and let it cook for 15 minutes over low heat.
  • 4.   Serve with wild rice.
