Instructions

  • 1.   Sauté the onion in olive oil. Once it is golden, add the bell pepper cut into strips, the can of tuna with its juice, the large can of peeled tomatoes, and the spices.
  • 2.   Cook covered for 5 minutes, then uncover and cook for another 5 minutes to evaporate excess juice.
  • 3.   Main dish for a low-calorie diet. Perfect with raw vegetables as an appetizer and a fruit.
