Instructions

. cut the lemon in half and squeeze it

. cut the mint into thin strips
3
. cut the chives into small pieces
4
. mash the tuna with a fork in a bowl
5
. add the cream cheese, lemon juice, mint, and chives
6
. mix everything with a fork
7
. taste and add salt if needed
8
. spread out the crepes
9
. cut them into large square shapes
10
. spread the tuna mixture on them
11
. roll them up on a plate to serve
Notes & Suggestions
for a festive version, you can replace
the tuna with salmon
the mint with dill
