Rolled Crepes - Tuna - Cream Cheese - Herbs

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Instructions

  • 1.   cut the lemon in half and squeeze it
  • 2.   cut the mint into thin strips
  • 3.   cut the chives into small pieces
  • 4.   mash the tuna with a fork in a bowl
  • 5.   add the cream cheese, lemon juice, mint, and chives
  • 6.   mix everything with a fork
  • 7.   taste and add salt if needed
  • 8.   spread out the crepes
  • 9.   cut them into large square shapes
  • 10.   spread the tuna mixture on them
  • 11.   roll them up on a plate to serve

Notes & Suggestions

  • for a festive version, you can replace
    the tuna with salmon
    the mint with dill

Ingredients for servings

  • 4 crepes
  • 200 g of canned tuna in water (drained weight)
  • 150 g of garlic and herb cheese
  • 1 lemon
  • 8 leaf of fresh mint
  • 1 handful of spring onion
  • salt (according to taste)
