Tuna and Cauliflower Penne

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the cauliflower. Cook it for 3 minutes in boiling water.
  • 2.   Sauté the onion, garlic, and tuna in olive oil. Pour in 4 tablespoons of cooking water and add the cauliflower. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  • 3.   Add the pine nuts and olives and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • 4.   Season with salt and pepper. Cook the penne until al dente and mix everything together with basil, parmesan, and a drizzle of olive oil.
