Quick Beef Bourguignon with Monsieur Cuisine

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the garlic and onions. Cut them into small pieces. Drain the mushrooms.
  • 2.   In your Monsieur Cuisine, brown the meat and bacon with the piece of butter on the SEAR mode / 3 min.
  • 3.   Add the onions and mushrooms. Sprinkle with flour and mix. Brown for 3 min / speed 1 / 120 °C / left rotation.
  • 4.   Pour in the red wine: it should cover the meat. Season with salt and pepper. Add the garlic and bouquet garni.
  • 5.   Close the Monsieur Cuisine and start cooking for 45 min / speed 1 / 95 °C / left rotation.
