Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F) on the grill setting.
  • 2.   Sear the veal escalopes on one side for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • 3.   Place the escalopes in an ovenproof dish.
  • 4.   Layer the basil, slice of Parma ham, and diced mozzarella on top.
  • 5.   Bake in the oven for 5 minutes on the middle rack until the mozzarella is slightly grilled.
  • 6.   Enjoy your meal!
