Easy Creamy Chicken Sauté

Instructions

  • 1.   Bring water to a boil for the rice.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, cut the chicken cutlets into pieces.
  • 3.   Cook the rice, then, a few minutes later, sauté the chicken in a pan. Towards the end of cooking, add the mushrooms, then reduce the heat to low before adding the cream. Season with salt, add mustard to taste, a few turns of a 5-pepper mill. Let the cream thicken slightly, then serve over the rice.
