Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and finely chop the onions. Put them in the Cookeo pot and select the sauté mode.
  • 2.   Cut the chicken into large pieces. Add them to the robot pot. Sauté them for 2 minutes.
  • 3.   Add the coconut cream, curry, and chicken broth. Season with salt and pepper. Select the pressure cooking mode for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
