Instructions

  • 1.   Slice the onion and sauté in olive oil. Cut the carrots into thin slices and the potatoes into larger cubes. Add them to the pan. Sauté for a moment.
  • 2.   Then add the Chinese cabbage sliced into rounds. Stir in the white wine, broth. Season with Herbes de Provence, salt, and pepper.
  • 3.   Add a little water and cook covered for about 40 minutes. Remove the lid at the end of cooking if you want less broth. Add the sausages 5 minutes before the end.
