Pork sauté with mustard cream

Instructions

  • 1.   In a skillet, sauté the pieces of pork sauté with olive oil.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, peel and cut the carrots into small rounds, slice the onions, then sauté them in a pressure cooker.
  • 3.   Once they start to brown, add water and white wine, then add the pork sauté.
  • 4.   Close the pressure cooker and let it cook for 25 minutes from the moment the steam escapes.
  • 5.   Remove the pork sauté from the pressure cooker, then add the mustard and heavy cream. Mix well.
  • 6.   Slowly add the flour and stir to thicken the sauce.
  • 7.   Return the pork sauté to the pressure cooker and cover for 5 minutes for the meat to absorb the sauce.
  • 8.   Serve with sautéed potatoes or fresh pasta.
