Smoked salmon salad

Instructions

. Heat water in a saucepan and place the eggs in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes to hard-boil them.

. Wash and sort the young shoots (you can increase the quantity to your liking or use a different salad).

. Add sliced grapefruit, smoked salmon, soybeans, hard-boiled eggs, and dressing.

. Sprinkle with sprouts (you can mix them with sesame seeds).
