Smoked salmon salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Heat water in a saucepan and place the eggs in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes to hard-boil them.
  • 2.   Wash and sort the young shoots (you can increase the quantity to your liking or use a different salad).
  • 3.   Add sliced grapefruit, smoked salmon, soybeans, hard-boiled eggs, and dressing.
  • 4.   Sprinkle with sprouts (you can mix them with sesame seeds).

Ingredients for servings

  • 64 g of spinach sprout
  • 50 g of smoked salmon
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ grapefruits
  • 20 g of edamame
  • 5 g of olive oil
  • 3 ml of balsamic vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon of mustard
  • 1 teaspoon of soybean sprout
