Chicken Wrap

Instructions

  • 1.   Take the whole wheat wrap and cut it in half.
  • 2.   Place the grilled chicken on the first quarter, spinach on the second, grilled portobello mushroom on the third, and mozzarella with pesto on the fourth.
  • 3.   Fold each quarter over each other in a clockwise direction.
  • 4.   Place the wrap in a toaster for a few minutes.

Ingredients for servings

  • 40 g of roast chicken
  • 15 g of grated mozzarella
  • 1 large mushroom
  • 1 wrap
  • 1 handful of fresh spinach
  • 1 tablespoon of pesto
