1. Slice the zucchini, tomato, and mozzarella ball into rounds of the same size.
2. Sauté the zucchini rounds in a pan with olive oil for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
Set aside on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
3. In a bowl, mix finely chopped onion, garlic, basil, and ground beef. Season with salt and pepper. Form small meatballs and flatten them to make small patties. Cook them for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, depending on your preference.
4. Stack a zucchini round, a patty, a tomato round, a mozzarella round, and another zucchini round. Secure the stack with a toothpick. Add the seeds. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 10 minutes.
