1. Cut 1 onion into small pieces, carrots, and the pork tenderloin into medium-sized pieces.
2. In manual mode, preheat the Cookeo on "Saute".
3. Add 2 tbsp of olive oil and "saute" the meat for 5-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
4. Heat water for rice or other side dish.
5. In the Cookeo, add 400 ml of water, 200 ml of white wine, parsley, and a crumbled organic beef bouillon cube, carrots, mushrooms, onions, mix.
Cook in "pressure cook" mode for at least 15 minutes.
6. Cook rice, tagliatelle, spaetzle, beans, etc...
7. In the Cookeo, add thick or liquid cream, mushrooms, 2 tbsp of flour, mix.
Cook in "simmer" mode for 10 minutes, then in "saute" mode (preheating time) to thicken the sauce.
Close at the end to keep warm.
