Leek Cream Tagliatelle

Instructions

  • 1.   Wash and thinly slice the leeks.
  • 2.   Melt the leeks in a pan with a generous amount of butter for about 15 minutes (stir often).
  • 3.   Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the package.
  • 4.   Once the leeks are well cooked, add the bacon and cook until golden.
  • 5.   Remove from heat, add the heavy cream and stir. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 6.   Drain the tagliatelle, transfer to a dish, and pour the leek sauce over them.
  • 7.   Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  • 8.   Serve immediately.
