1. For 6 people:
- 2 eggs
- 60g of coconut flour
- 170g of coconut milk beverage (2% fat)
- 75g of coconut milk (17% fat)
- 30g of agave syrup
2. Mix the coconut flour with the eggs one by one. Add the agave syrup, coconut milk, and then the coconut milk beverage. Whisk the mixture.
3. Pour the mixture into a round silicone mold with a diameter of 18 cm or a loaf pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 185°C (365°F).
4. Wait for the cake to cool completely before removing it from the mold.
5. For the chocolate sauce 🍫:
- 50g of dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
- 50g of plant-based milk of your choice
6. Just before serving, gently melt the chocolate with the plant-based milk in a saucepan or in the microwave. Pour it over your cake.
