For coconut lovers, this dessert should please you. I found all the ingredients in the organic section of a supermarket.

Instructions

  • 1.   For 6 people:
    - 2 eggs
    - 60g of coconut flour
    - 170g of coconut milk beverage (2% fat)
    - 75g of coconut milk (17% fat)
    - 30g of agave syrup
  • 2.   Mix the coconut flour with the eggs one by one. Add the agave syrup, coconut milk, and then the coconut milk beverage. Whisk the mixture.
  • 3.   Pour the mixture into a round silicone mold with a diameter of 18 cm or a loaf pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 185°C (365°F).
  • 4.   Wait for the cake to cool completely before removing it from the mold.
  • 5.   For the chocolate sauce 🍫:
    - 50g of dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
    - 50g of plant-based milk of your choice
  • 6.   Just before serving, gently melt the chocolate with the plant-based milk in a saucepan or in the microwave. Pour it over your cake.
