  • 1.   Let's head to China with a Vegetable and Cod WOK

    Broccoli, mushrooms, and basmati rice to cook in a wok with sesame oil and soy sauce (replaces salt)
    My kids love it, and it's quick to make if you use pre-cooked broccoli from @picardsurgeles and leftover rice.
    I added cod with a drizzle of olive oil, thyme, pepper, and sesame seeds.
    Yum yum. I love it.
