Low-sugar and low-GI rye, oat, and cereal rolls

Freshly baked rye, oat, and cereal rolls Inspired by @t.i.t.o.u.l.e.t.t.e's recipe, I got in the kitchen. I'm really happy with the result. Usually, rye bread has a very dense crumb, but this one has a great balance. Low-GI flours, fiber, and seeds for healthy bread. And it's delicious too.
