Light Goat Cheese Chicken

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the 4 chicken breasts lengthwise. Sprinkle them with cinnamon, cumin, and pepper.
  • 2.   Place aluminum foil on the rack of your oven and arrange
  • 3.   the 4 pieces of chicken.
  • 4.   Cut the goat cheese into thick slices and cover the chicken pieces on the rack with it. Then place the remaining four halves of chicken on top.
  • 5.   Cut the bell peppers in half and cover each goat cheese-stuffed chicken with 1 half.
  • 6.   Cut the garlic head into 4 and place it on the rack between the chickens. Drizzle a light amount of olive oil over everything and add a pinch of salt.
  • 7.   Bake at 270°C (520°F minimum) for 25 to 30 minutes.
