Tuna Salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Squeeze the tuna in your hands to extract the juice.
  • 2.   Mash the hard-boiled eggs with a fork. Finely chop the shallots, pickles, and parsley.
  • 3.   Mix all these ingredients with mayonnaise and vinegar. Be careful not to blend your ingredients too much or you'll end up with a puree.
  • 4.   Adjust the seasoning by adding salt and pepper to taste.
  • 5.   This salad can be used to fill hollowed-out tomatoes. It is also very popular as an appetizer in small cream puffs or verrines.
  • 6.   In the summer, this salad can be served as a main dish!

  • 1.5 shallots
  • 4 pickles
  • 14 cl of mayonnaise
  • 1 stalk of parsley
  • 3 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
