Chicken stroganoff

Instructions

  • 1.   In a large skillet, sauté the onions and garlic in butter and oil.
  • 2.   Add the chicken breasts and cook, turning occasionally. Stir in the mushrooms and paprika. Continue cooking until the mushrooms are cooked.
  • 3.   Stir in the sour cream and tomato paste. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 4.   Simmer to heat through. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with rice or pasta.
