Ham and Parmesan Pasta

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the pasta to your liking, but not too soft.
  • 2.   Cut the ham into small squares.
  • 3.   In a saucepan, grill the ham or bacon.
  • 4.   Once the ham is nicely browned, pour in the heavy cream and mix.
  • 5.   Then add the eggs and Parmesan cheese, mixing gently over low heat.
  • 6.   Presentation:
  • 7.   Place the pasta in each plate and pour the mixture on top.
  • 8.   Serve hot.

  • 10.   Place the pasta in a large bowl or container and pour the mixture over it, mixing well. Serve hot.
